Top Producer With Less Competition from the Majors

• In 2004, they completed a 17-mile pipeline costing $165,000 that has produced a return of
  985% to date and expected future returns are forecasted to be even higher.

The Payback Plan: The most attractive feature of this investment has to be its payback plan.  Most gas companies will take 60-80% of the profits for an oil or gas investment, but this company plans on only taking 15% of the profits until their investors have been paid back all of their initial investment.  This means you will be paid 85% of the profits from the partnership until your fully paid back.

After your initial investment is recouped, the company will only take 30% of the profits and you still get to keep 70%.  This 70% pay-out is still higher than most other offerings out there.  Many partnerships pay out only about 40%.  And remember this is not from some fly-by-night company with no experience.  This investment is with a company that has a proven track record producing profitable oil and gas investments.

We can’t predict the future and of course an estimate is only that, an estimate, but if gas is selling for $5 USD / MCF, the gas company predicts that this investment will reach the
payback point by one year.   In 3-5 years, returns are expected to between 300 to 500%.  When was the last time you were able to earn a return like that off Exxon or Chevron stock?
