Shipping:

A Shipping and Handling fee will be added to all art sold through this web site.  The shipping fee is the actual charge to ship the item to your destination, plus insurance.

Handling:

The Handling fee will be determined based on your location and the size of the art.  I will do everything within my control to properly and securely prepare the item for shipment, including crating in many cases.  You must notify me within 24 hours if an item arrives at your location damaged in any way. 

Return Policy:

I do not accept returns or exchanges on art sold through this web site.  By purchasing my art,  we are in agreement that you are familiar with my style, framing techniques, and color choice for mats and frames.  All Chigiri-e is matted and framed is sold as is.

Custom framing is available for an additional cost. A price will determined and emailed to you once we have agreed on a mat and frame.  Please email any questions regarding size of art, mat color, frame, etc. to jmmatsu@attglobal.net.

Sales Tax:

Pennsylvania residents: A 6% sales tax will be added to your order.

Methods of Payment Accepted:

I am pleased to announce we accept PayPal as a payment option. I do accept checks and will be happy to ship the item to you once the check is cleared by the bank.  Money orders are also accepted. 

Custom Framing:

Custom framing is available for art which is not currently matted.  Due to the delicate nature of the art, it is impossible for me to replace a mat.  All custom framing requires a 50% deposit. The balance is due upon completion of the framing. I will not ship orders if the balance is not paid.

Commissioned Art:

I am always eager to accept commissioned projects. Please contact me so we could discuss your project in greater detail.

I require a 50% deposit on all commissioned projects. The deposit is required before I begin to create your art.

In most cases, you will need to supply a photograph or drawing of your idea for the commissioned piece. Please observe all copyright laws as I will not violate copyrights.
