"What's this" you muse. "An archive (small is it may be) of filksongs about B5? What gives?"
Well, what happened is that one dark evening in October 1998 Andrew Costa posted the words to Vorlons, Guns, and Money to one of the B5 newsgroups. I saw it. A synapse (maybe two!) fired. Two days later I had the words to Morden The Headless PP Gunner and Excitable Narn written out, and had e-mailed them to several friends. They, in turn, started writing songs. Some of these have been posted to various B5 newsgroups, but in Jan. 1999 I decided they needed a permanent home.
The rest, as they say, is history.
All song lyrics are copyrighted by the authors, and of course the originals by their respective artists. Character and other B5-related names are all copyright 1993-1999 Babylonian Productions Inc.
If anyone can explain why so many Warren Zevon songs adapt so well into the B5 universe, please let me know. Right now I consider it one of the Great Cosmic Mysteries.
