Height of the armrest
The armrest for sitting work is altogether only
approx. 56 cm highly, if the telescope is inserted. If one above removes the support hollow (that is only one
handle for pulling out), then is the device with inserted telescope altogether only
approx.. 48 cm highly
and can be placed thereby under each workbench. In addition, without removing of the support hollow,
thus only by reducing with the help of the telescopic tubes, the device with 56 cm height for this
purpose is usually already small enough.
The armrest for sitting work is
approx.87 cm highly, if the telescope is taken out. That is also the max. work height, which the lever can
rest upon.
The deepest point of the hollow for the lever is appropriate for about in each case 2 cm below.
Weight
The armrest weighs with iron foot altogether approx. 1990 g and without foot approx. 410 g,
, that are thus the telekopic tubes and the armsupport hollow; the telescopic tubes / bar weighs
alone approx. 217 g. The cast iron foot alone weighs approx.1580 g. This weight is necessary for the stability on the floor.
Materials
The armsupport hollow, which is top, is produced from ABS plastics in the injected procedure. The telescope
teleskopstab is manufactured from aluminum with a plastics plain bearing as swivel joint. The foot was
poured out of iron. For hard floors can be stuck felt under it.
Special designs
Armrests with longer telescopic staff
With standing activity one can use an armrest with longer telescopic staff. The armrest for
alternating sitting and standing work is no more suitable to be shifted under the desk by the larger height after use.
Also this armrest has a heavier foot with approx.
2500 g.
Armrests without foot
However one can achieve the changing height also by the fact that one does not place the device for sitting
work on its own foot. For the addition to an ergonomic, dynamically adjustable desks one can unscrew the
heavy iron foot of the flexible armrest and put this armrest to a leg of the desk with an additional
extension (in the normal scope of supply!)
