A camera, a lense, some light and colors, and you can capture a magical
moment. The cameras I have been using so far:
- A Canon A1, from 1979. An old, but very nice camera. Comes with two Canon
lenses : EF 50 mm (1.4), EF 28mm (1.2) plus a Vivitar 100-200 mm
- A Canon Elan 2/50E (bought in 1998) with a Canon 28-105 USM (great lense,
very good combination if you are looking for a camera) and a 100-300 USM.
- A Canon Ixus 300 (digital). Very handy, very good in natural light, not
so much in artificial light.
I usually use Fuji films, 100 ISO (Sensia or Superia). All pictures have
been scanned on a Canon CanoScan N656U.
I have the chance to travel over Europe, Middle East, and North America
for my work, and therefore get the opportunity to make some nice shots.
Here are some of them. Feel free to download images if you like them.
The page dedicated to Canada should convince you to visit this beautiful country at Indian Summer time
(end of September, beginning of October). And if you want to visit the
French Riviera, this page should convince you how lucky we are to live in this place
;-) If you like the colors of the sky at sunrise or sunset, then this page is for you! In February 99, my company (IBM) invited us
for 4 days in Greece. Brought back some nice shots from there too. This year (2000), they took
us to Dubai. Very recently, I went to Las Vegas for a conference, and took this opportunity
to spend some time in Death Valley. Finally, below are images that do not fit in any specific category.
Latest addition: Rome.
