Shipping & Returns & Warranty
Mechanics Warehouse will gladly accept returns under these guidelines:
Item must be in resaleable condition and returned by the customer at customer's expense unless Mechanic's Warehouse made an error.
Must be Within 30 days of purchase, you may return and defective, damaged,
or mis-shipped part.
Any returns due to customer errors are subject to a 15% restocking
charge.
You must get an RMA(Returned Merchandise Authorization)in order to return merchandise.
RMA numbers expire 30 days after they are issued. Items returned without an
RMA number or using an expired RMA number will be refused. You will find detailed
instructions enclosed with your package. Please read and follow the instructions
provided when returning an item.
Merchandise shipped from Mechanics Warehouse is always complete and properly packaged. It is the customers responsibility to see to it that any item returned is insured to protect the customer from loss. Any damage, loss, or missing claims must be made with the carrier. Unauthorized customer returns, or returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered, are not the responsibility of Mechanics Warehouse.
- No returns on programmers or electrical items

Mechanics Warehouse is only responsible for shipment, not delivery. We ship
all merchandise complete, properly packaged. Any damage, loss, or missing claims
must be made with the carrier.
Free shipping is available on some items, but it is only offered for the 1 st
shipment. Replacment parts that are reordered are subject to shipping charges.
Shipping rates are for the 48 US contiguous states only!
All orders are processed upon clearance of payment. We always advise all customers
please allow 14 days for delivery, in the event of unforeseen shipping delays.
Usually items are received within 4-7 days after shipment. We include additional
shipping time to assure we meet our shipping guarantees to our customers.
Terms & Conditions:
Items must be able to be shipped via UPS or FedEx ground.
(A). All oversized shipments (110-130 cubic inches) will be assessed a $20.00
oversized charge. All oversized shipments (131-150 cubic inches) will be assessed
a $30.00 oversized charge. All oversized3 shipments (150-up cubic inches) will
be assessed truck freight charges listed below. You may not receive notification
of these charges, but we do try to contact every customer if your shipment is
one of the above oversized shipments.
(B). Items which are not able to be shipped UPS or FedEx must be shipped via
common carrier, and will be assessed a freight charge of $99.95(Commercial Address)
- $125.00(Residential Address).
Items that have to be painted are not included in this offer.
FedEx Standard Overnight® Delivery †
Order by 2:30 p.m. (CT) and receive your order the next business day (by 7:00
p.m. local time).
FedEx 2Day® Delivery †
Order by 2:30 p.m. (CT) and receive your order in 2 business days (by 7:00 pm
local time).
FedEx® Ground Delivery †
Receive your order in 3-5 business days. Order by 2:30 p.m.(CT) for same day
shipping.
FedEx® Ground C.O.D.
Same restrictions as FedEx® Ground Delivery above. $10 will be added to
the standard FedEx® Ground rates. Additionally these orders must be shipped
within the continental U.S. to an actual street address, not a postal box. C.O.D.
orders can be placed online or by phone, fax or mail. There is a $10 C.O.D.
fee per order that is added to our normal shipping and handling charge. C.O.D.
orders ship via FedEx® GROUND DELIVERY. This payment option applies to new
orders only and can be combined with other offers. Orders cannot exceed $300
(total merchandise value) and must be shipped within the continental U.S. to
an actual street address, not a postal box. This payment option does not apply
to merchandise shipped from the factory or via truck/air freight (stock numbers
ending in "F", "E" or "FE"). You will be responsible
for paying the carrier in guaranteed funds for each shipment. Guaranteed funds
include postal money order, cashier's check and certified check payable to Auto
AD Onz or Cash. Sorry, no personal checks, business checks or credit-card payments
will be accepted by the carrier. Orders cannot be changed once they have been
processed. To adjust any order, you must contact Auto AD Onz directly. We reserve
the right to restrict C.O.D. shipments.
Warranty
Mechanics Warehouse supports manufacturer warranties only. If an item is defective,
customer must contact the manufacturer for instructions on replacment or repair.
