Woodside of Almaden Homeowners Association

About WAHA

Who We Are

We are a homeowners association dedicated to the preservation of our neighborhood. Our neighborhood is bound by our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, which is a legal document registered on the deeds of every home in our tract.

We also work on issues that are of interest to our residents.

Our Current Activities

Adopt a Creek - Alamitos Creek and Calero Creek pass through our neighborhood, between Harry Road and Carabelle Park. We host an annual cleanup in April or May and invite everyone to participate. It's a good chance to meet some of your neighbors and show some neighborhood pride.

Woodside Emergency Response Team (WERT) - we work with San Jose Prepared! This program emphasizes community disaster (earthquake) preparedness.

Where can you find us if the big one strikes? We've chosen Carabelle Park, where we will be gathering to meet the needs of our neighborhood.

Neighorhood Watch Program - our neighborhood is lucky in that crime is nobt a major problem, but it pays to be prepared by working together. We work with each of you and the San Jose police Department to host neighborhood watch meetings. Please send us email if you are interested in hosting a meeting on your block...
